Great stuff Cerny. I been watching a video with highlights of the first part of last season this evening - seemed we played with more exuberance then, with Adel and Mackie the shining lights. Kenny looked half the size he is now and a lot quicker!

Can anyone think of any other player in the prem like Adel? Or similar even? Nope, neither can I. We are blessed. I just hope that Sparky can let our genius run free. If one player can save us from the R word, it's Adel.
To be honest though I agree Adel is a fantastic player, I can think of players as good, and unfortunately much more consistently good in the PL than him. They are perhaps not like or similar to him in style. Rooney and Silva immediately come to mind.
The blokes a genius and we need to enjoy him in the team. These type of players are few and far between and give that added spark. I don't thimk we've had a player with such natural talent since Roy Wegerle. I've said it on other threads, doesn't matter who we buy, Adel are and will still be our best player. We have a gem on our hands, a rare commodity for a club our size and someone who comes by every other decade at best. So enjoy him while he's still here, I'm totally with you TBGWTDT, he will be at a major club within 3 years. Unfortunately
With TF won't we be a "major club" within 3 years - I thought that was the goal at least! We will need to hold onto players like Adel if we are going to reach it.
Everytime I see the stepovers leading to that incredible shot against Wolves I still leap out of my chair expecting it to go in... absolutely fantastic save by Hennessey to deny an extraordinary effort.
Amazing to think that so many on here were writing him off earlier in the season, saying that he wasn't good enough for the Premier League!
