First of all, congrats on the result tonight boys. Well deserved by all accounts.

Now, what's this I hear about TaaraTubby? Heard he wants out?

Heard from someone quite close to Taarabt that he had said leaving QPR and moving to Fulham was the worst decision of his career.. #qpr #ffc

I have no idea why we signed him, to be honest. He's not better than Ruiz and we have enough trouble shoehorning him into the team.

If Taarabt really wants out (I'm not inclined to believe random Twitter sources), then he can just wait until the end of his loan.

Said it at the time mate that Jol made a mistake. You can't carry anyone at that level. It might work at Championsh*t standard but the PL is no place for showboating clowns. The fact that he's overweight in itself is a disgrace in this day and age, especially considering the amount of money he's earning.

I hope to God you do keep him until the end of the season because we don't want him back!

The fact it's a loan means it is at worst a bad signing.

And most of us realised that a while ago. It was a flier of a signing that has not paid off but at least he's not on a long contract.

The main thing is he's realized his mistake early on and is not wasting time on him so not a disaster by any means.

I just wonder if you boys are paying his full wages? Because it looks like he's spending it all in Burger King

Nah, it's on 220 bus fares to pop up and have a glass, or two, of wine with 'Arry.

Jol said he's only 70% fit. Not sure why he's moaning.

I never left. It's a shame for Tarbs, as we still have Kaca and Dejagah to come back to full fitness, who will both be ahead of him in terms of selection. The rise of Kasami has really done him no favours.

Probably will happen, RM is building his team on the basis of hard work. No room for Taarabt.

There was a (more than vague) hint about Taarabt's future by Rene in his press conference today. The West London reporter has presumably worked up this story from that.

The key phrase though seems to be:

“It comes down to what we need in the squad and if there are certain areas we need to address."

I think you're right Ireland not least because Taarabt is potentially blocking a January loan slot.

If Ruiz is overweight, overpaid and past it, he's perfect for us. He'll fit right in!

A few too many mince pies at Christmas and he'll fit the bill perfectly.

FulhamIreland, I'm a compatriot of yours. As a Tipp man, what do you think of Shane Long? Would you have him at Fulham if he became available?

I'm one of his biggest fans and I reckon he is exactly what is needed at Fulham. A striker with pace, massive work ethic, can finish and still has time on his side. If he was still available for the £5million mark like he was in the summer he'd be ideal.

My claim to fame: I once played in a friendly match against Shane Long, who was playing Centre Back at the time.
