Whilst at Tottenham Hotspur, Taarabt had two successful loan spells at QPR, before making his move to Loftus Road permanent in 2010 in a deal worth £1million. Last season the former Moroccan international, was in impressive form and nearly single handily led QPR to automatic promotion by winning the Championship. For the past couple of months Taarabt has claimed a number of top clubs in Spain have been vying for his signature as well as Premiership rivals Chelsea and Arsenal. However with money to spend, since being taken over by Qatar Investment Authority, Paris St Germain are keen on making some summer signings. New sports director Leonardo has pinpointed the 22-year-old flair midfielder as a transfer target and are ready to table an offer of £9.8million for Taarabt.
