I reckon he earns more a week than most of our first team put together.

Quality player and comes over as a decent bloke, but his wages would be far too high.

He's not all that. He earns too much. He's a disruptive character. He is very very lazy normally.

Also when he came on against Barca he ran round kicking people?

  13. THat's like saying Messi is a rich mans Routledge... <doh>

The fact of the matter is he wins alot on the air and works much better as a target man and as an overall goal scorer, Shola is **** and rarely frightens oppositions defenses, where as Adebayor can be a nightmare for any defense.

No because Ameobi and Adebayor have a similar style? Messi is the greatest footballer of all time whereas Routledge can run fast.

  17. Well stop comparing Ameobi to Adebayor, because they're in completely different universes never mind leagues. The difference between Adebayor and Ameobi, is Adebayor wins alot more in the air, where as Ameobi loses to smaller and weaker players all the time. Outside the bottom 6 and other than Sunderland, Ameobi is a picnic to opposition defenses. Who has he scored against again? Wigan twice, Sunderland twice, Wolves and a pen vs Brum.

He can only score against **** defenses or on the 2 games a year where he can actually give a ****.

Adebayor can do it against any team.

Amoebi and Adebayor can both work as target men but Adebayor can do alot more and is far more talented. It's like comparing a Quad Bike to a Ferrari.

Mario Gomez and Daniel Sturridge please! If I'd won the lottery last night I'd have personally funded the deal. That's my dream strikeforce, dream being the operative word.
