What do they do to them at the Emirates? They all seem to hate them after leaving. All the players we sell seem to come back, and there are a few we just can't get rid of.

  9. That celebration for £ity against the Old Enemy is one of the reasons why I love Ade.

He fancies himself a bit doesn't he" "Here I come" and all that. Not all of us are totally convinced but I'd prefer him to nobody. Still let's get another and I'll be totally happy. I didn't like the way he went scoreless for seven or so matches a couple of times last season and the sitters he missed but I'm open to have my mind changed and wish him well in our shirt.

He still contributed in his barren spell though. Generally a handful, holding ball up, setting up Bale/VdV etc etc. Good player

I've heard that the Fletcher deal is supposed to be going through for £15m.
    That's three Adebayors! <laugh>

For those wanting to see a true highlight of Arsenal hypocrisy, feel free click on, but it's not pretty:

Goal against a side that hates him? Check.
Runs length of the pitch to celebrate in front of visiting fans in home game? Check.
Slides on his knees in front of them? Check.
Fans going mental, hurting stewards and throwing at least one banana at player? Erm, no.[/NSFW]

Anyone else think we spent the Bassong money on him?

  17. Exactly!!
Got 17 goals and had 3 perfectly good ones disallowed
Only player in PL last year to get double figure assists and goals
Worked his socks off in every game played
Didn't hide when things turned bad from Feb.

All in all, I am delighted he's back. And at £5m a damn good but of biz by DL. Decent swap for Seb B I would say!!

    COYS!!!
