Why should we win this?

Oxford have drawn 2 and won 1 of their last 3. On current form I would not be surprised to see Oxford get something from tonight.

 

Tonight will see our lowest league attendance for many a day.

I reckon below 5,000, with the Lie Machine giving it as 8,000. According to the Apologiats elsewhere, attendances don’t matter

i wouldn't take this for granted at all - Barnsley came to play football and left us some spaces to play in. Oxford will be happy to grab what they can and will probably park the bus. The good thing is that unless things have changed, Robbo will probably inform everyone from Bow to the cleaning lady what his team and tactics are about an hour before kick off so we can't complain that they surprised us.
I'll go for a 1-0 win here though I could see anything up to a 2-1 win for them as possible.

Decent first half for Charlton. We edged it in a low key kind of way until the penalty, then took charge after that. Oxford have offered very little, they are poor.

Gobbo and Holmes have taken some abuse but nothing outrageous.
About 6,000 in this evening, maybe even a few more. Not terrible for a week night (at least by RD standards).
