Magennis back for us and Sarfend getting over a major injury crisis. I reckon we should have enough in the tank for this one, but The Essex boys will want to stop us and I doubt they will come to roll over and have their bellies rubbed. Tight match which hopefully we win.

To be fair to Old Reamsy, he did promise that we would soon see Will Grigg playing at the Valley, and next Tuesday night he will be proved correct.

On paper it looks a good game - which will be contested openly. It will be good to see Holmes and Kightly battle it out as both are considered the best wide men in the league. Are people attending the game?

Yep, got a geezer coming over from Switzerland so I feel obliged to go, plus I'll be going to the Peterborough game. A similar situation with another fella coming over from abroad.

And we win a tight game 2-1 ! I predicted that somewhere!! Sounded tough but it also sounds like Southend are a tough Little cookie, and that could be a very good three points later in the season.
