The Yorkshire Post is a good paper, despite being rather Leeds-centric, it's still puts effort into stories about other areas. The fact that they regularly put out better articles on us than our own local rag speaks volumes. As for the article itself, it's the usual words of wisdom from AP, we're very lucky to have him at the helm.

His agent is Ulisses Ferreira dos Santos, who has a company called Sportis, based in Portugal, though he was raised in France. The Ghilas deal was the reason that Duffen's dealings were originally investigated. AP was astounded to see we paid over £2m + £600k in agency fee's, as before coming to us, he was offered to Pearson at Derby for just a few hundred grand. That deal whole was as bent as Gok Wan.

Difficult to find a funny side of this superb interview - I have at times held back from AP; although it is difficult not to admire a man who oozes confidence and common sense. I have no idea whether or not Duffen sniffed anything other than a strange odour of self-esteem; what I do know is that we seemed to have paid for it. If charges could have been brought, I think they would have been by now - time to move on and enjoy the here and now. Let's come out of this break like a club possessed by a need to re-build our credibility; both on and off the pitch.
That was Bullard, although Duffen could have afforded it with the kickbacks he was getting. (allegedly of course)
