does Adam Pearson have any continuing role at Hull City? The reason I ask is that I though despite his involvement with Hull FC he was still Director of Football Operations or some such. his name isn't on the "whos who at the KC page" on the official website so is he now completely out of the picture?
thanks Imperial. Adam Pearson's appointment as a director was terminated in May 2010, before the takeover. however, in the here and now I am trying to reconcile two seemingly contradictory pieces of info. 1. In the last matchday programme there was an article by Adam Pearson, Director of Football Operations 2. The name Adam Pearson doesn't appear on the list of club officials on the club's website. So, has something happened or am I trying to read too much into this?
adam pearson said on burnsies mid-morning show that he is still head of football operations @ city despite his ownership of hull fc.
I seem to remember that Adam Pearson was removed as a director at City when the financial **** was hitting the fan last year. I believe it was a case of protecting him, as the football fit and proper persons test states that a person cannot be a director of an insolvent club and then be a director at another club in a certain period of time. Hence French Tickers comment that he's the Head of Football Operations
He is still Head of Football Operations, though I'm not sure for how much longer, I understand he's finding Assem rather hard work!
I think if you speak to anyone who has had dealings with Assem, they all say he's a little bit batty(not in an Ali G way, obviously).
