Rumours today saying Cardiff are prepared to take a loss and are ready to take a cut price for him! Surely this is the type of player we should be looking at? 28 years old so yes he's not the youngest but still a good 3-4 years in him! They loaned him out to Bolton this year and he's got 8 goals in 15 games so still quite prolific. Unsure of why they are ready to get rid but I'm hoping Cotts and KB are watching this one closely.

Perhaps there's an underlying problem with him shiny but on the surface a known possibility.

Le Fondre (at least to my memory) has struggled to be a consistent 1st team player over the years. Hasn't he been used more as an impact player at the likes of Reading ?

    Maynard can do one...!

Wouldn't be happy having Maynard back- Le Fondre was good at Rotherham with Taylor who we took and never really fitted in. Think he would be a good League 1 again but not convinced about Championship, certainly wasn't prem material when he was at Reading
