Means he's off the wage bill - frees up some cash for a loan player in?

He never done anything with us, and surprised me that LJ let him out on loan so quick when he wanted to assess all players. but on a plus side for you both the clubs he went out onto loan with would like to have kept him. The Brighton fans raved about him when he joined and thought we got a bargain, so maybe it's just not been a good fit us and him.
Perhaps you can come back and tell us what you think.

Cotterells worst signing but that could've been down to him not suiting 3-5-2

Seems to have done well in teams playing 4 at the back

    He wasn't Cottrells signing.

He played vs Wolves the season we were relegated - remember he got tackled by a puddle!

It was a **** time at that point so I've tried my hardest to forget it as well. But that puddle I think fouled him and possibly used its hands < laugh>

Saw the lad for the first time today, seemed a physical enough guy, certainly cannot fault him on the oppositions two goals, the blame for that lays elsewhere, but cannot think of anything memorable either, although he may have had a chance in the first half to score on his debut, probably more than our strikers did!

Well based on this comment alone you've clearly never watched a city game since his signing.... Every time he has played he's been pony! A complete liability, he's slow, gives away to many fouls and comes across as a bit of a prick. Can remember when Baldock scored a while back and AEA just kept pushing him, Baldock looked well pissed off... Will be glad to see the back of him, he's been robbing this club of wages every week.

Shiny i'm well aware of his early games here, struggled big time, but the guy done well at Swindon rave reviews, rave reviews from Brighton fans when he signed, never really given a go.
Seems for some reason he does not fit in here.

Not arguing with this Shiny, but why, if he's so ****, do the fans of every other club he has played for, really rate him? Do they know nothing? Or is it, as someone else already posted, simply that he didn't fit with US?!!

I just think the guy was a pit pony, never a thoroughbred, hard working, never frightened of a challenge, just a good honest guy and we have had far worse than him, I honestly wish him well.
