I believe in him. He deserves this after last season. Happy with this - and I never thought I’d say that a few years ago. He’s been class and a real leader for us.
Important deal this. He was poor in the PL last time round but then again, not many of our squad were much better. Plus if we do go down we know how good he is in the championship.
Seems sensible given relegation is pretty likely this season. If we stay up we'll get decent money off a championship club.
I hope we continue to use him out wide and he performs this season. There were a couple of times before when he played wide in the Premier League and I was slightly reminded of Jay Rodriguez. Hopefully there's more of that.

Yep I think he’ll do better this time around. He is clearly a confidence player and he has bags of that now. And the manager likes and believes in him.
Arma had most success last season playing in front of a quality midfield (Downes, Smallbone) and when he wasn’t isolated up front. As long as Russell gives him plenty of service from midfield and someone to hold the ball up in front, he’ll be fine. He didn’t get that kind of structure in our relegation season IIRC.
We need a really good CF for Arma to play off of. I am happy to have Arma but the season hinges on who we get in up top.
Let’s not forget he got a fair few goals in the CF position before Che came back. Happy with this, he deserves a chance and would be a vital player if we become a yo-yo team.
