Exactly Next up for the Chairboys is a trip to just east of Blackburn (that’s in Lancashire! I had to look it up) to play Stanley another team that play in red but luckily D’urso is not refereeing this one (he’s scared s***less of north western teams who play in red) The Chairboys continue without their 2 most experienced centre backs, but may have unearthed a gem in Kortney Hause so the only change in the line up is for the harshly red carded Joel Grant so the dilemma for Gaz is to play himself or choose from Dennis Oli, Jo Kuffour, Junior Morias, or Lee Angol who scored in the midweek friendly v Fulham or I would go for Marvin McCoy to right back and Sam Wood to left mid I expect our 4 game unbeaten league run to continue Vital Preview
Good to see McCoy back in the squad, besides being a decent defender he gets down the wing as well giving us another attacking option. It's unfortunate we'll miss Grant but i think we'll still win by one goal but if we draw it wouldn't be too bad as long as Barnet and Bristol Rovers both lose and stay in the bottom two.
personally id bring mccoy in for grant and push wood up into midfield, kuffour doesnt seem fit enough yet, not sure olis much of a winger and gaz probably wants to avoid playing himself. im confident for tommorrow, im going for 2-0
I don't think we will lose but it could be tough at Accrington. With Grant playing I might have gone for the win but I'll go for 1-1 or 2-2
fantastic result, well held on by the blues. now 8 points from relegation adn 8 points from play offs, unbeaten in 5.... with a good christmas, could it be done? regardless, what a result!
Hope the red cards we keep getting doesn't cock up our good run,i'm all for commitment but 3 succesive games is just careless!
I've just seen that Rovers have sacked Mcghee so watch them rise up the table with us.The Gasroom is well worth visiting at the moment it's busy and quite amusing.
great result considering no experienced centre halves and down to ten men, well done to ga and the boys .we're on the up and col ewe sliding down the league
