Things can change quickly in football but right at this moment things aren't looking great.

We have several first team players looking to leave, deals for the players we do want seem destined to fail based on the pattern of previous years.

But this was a chance happening, this was bound to happen and the people involved need to be accountable for the past and decisions moving forward:

    1. Gazidis
Officially joined in Jan 2009 as Cheif Executive after 15 years in the MLS. His role seemed to take alot of the responsibility away from Wenger in terms of contract negotiations and transfers. His record hasn't been great and in particular the fact we've tied down so many average players to long term contracts on inflated wages who don't want to the leave the club now or it'd no one wants them on the wages they're on (Denilson $60k per week, Rosicky, etc) yet Nasri and Clichy have 1 year left?

    2. Wenger
The manager doesn't need to listen to other he makes his own choices but for 3-4 seasons now the fans, the media and even opposing teams (through their tactics) have told Wenger the defence is our Achilles heel that so desperately needs to be fixed. Purely based on what's been written it seems there has been opportunity to bring in the needed players but arguing over just a few million as left us without the necessary quality and cost us season after season. How few people in business can get away this obvious flaw! And our failure of recent seasons has meant we've struggled to attract more players and the players we do have, have wanted to leave. I don't think Nasri would hesitate to sign a new deal had we produced more this season.

    3. Kronke
Promised to invest in the team, the July window has only opened today so we can give him more time but he'll need to live up to his promise. Look at how the owners at Liverpool have back Dalglish! This transfer window will be a good indication into the type of owner Kronke will be for us. Wenger will have the ultimate say on transfers but if we fail again over a couple of million pounds what kind of owner can he be!!
