PSV Eindhoven announced today that they have received multiple bids from AC Milan on central midfielder Kevin Strootman in the past two weeks. However, the club found the bids not interesting enough to look at them and start negotiations. At one point the director of AC Milan, Adriano Galliani personally went to Eindhoven to convince PSV to sell the player. Eindhoven have turned all bids down with the knowledge that several Premier League clubs are interested in Strootman. The club doesn't want to sell the player in the winter and is willing to wait until the summer transfer period. I'm trying very hard to figure out why this is on our board. He is not our player, and we are not AC Milan ffs. IF we were the club making the alleged bid, then you could post it in the Transfer Rumours thread.
