I have to be honest i saw this on another forum and thought it was a good thread.

Here is to collegues and family of you all, who would have been at this famous game apart from their sad parting.

So, i will start with my mate Tony Jones, who died on november 27th 2012 from cancer. I know he would have been proud of the Swans and would have been at the game with his 2 boys. Sure he will be watching somewhere.

My dad who introduced me to the Swans back in the sixties, would be amazed and proud of how far we have come since those days at the Vetch.

I lost my Uncle and my cousin in the last 6 months and i know they would have been proud of the Swans getting to Wembley, my cousin lived in cardiff for 30 odd years and always told em he was a Jack Bast&rd and admits he used to get plenty of stick off his mates at the Darts evenings, pub and in work. Im sure if he was still here he would have been rubbing their noses in it and enjoying the bragging rights !!

Sorry for your recent losses NJ. Best wishes to all your family.

My mum, who was a Swan, who was murdered back in 1997. She would be so proud of our team now.
