Diaby should never have reacted as he did but barton should have been booked for the challenge and got a red card for his headlock on schezney. The second penalty was a farce, as was the freekick for Newcastles 4th. But I can't take anything away from tiote Hell of a strike. Still, the referee was worse than a joke!

Err i dont see how the Barton challenge was a card, One footed, and they came together, no problem there

And you might want to see the 'Schezney' incident again, Becasue Barton did nothing you tool

whatever the merits of the argument about the challenge by Barton, Abou Diaby is a thick, irresponsible twat and what he did contributed to Arsenal dropping 2 oints. Fine him two weeks wages and play in the reserves, as a sub, for a month

    **** he is

I'm a West Ham fan mate so I dont have to like any Gooners. I just happen to have had a very decent sized punt on Arsenal at 8/1 to win the EPL just after the World Cup so it's my wallet talking

Why are people blaming Diaby for that disgraceful second half performance? He was wrong to react, but we should be able to defend a 4 goal lead without him. Plus, if there was a neutral referee in charge we would've won.

I'm not mad at him at all. The decisive point was Squillaci replacing Djourou I think

tbf, Squillaci didn't actually do anything wrong, the penalties were both from Koscielny's side, the second goal was because Clichy got outjumped and Best got a tad lucky, and Tioté's was unstoppable.

Yeah by Squillaci always seems to cause goals to go in somehow. I just feel with Djourou on the pitch he would have headed the balls away. I don't want to scapegoat him because he is new to English football but whenever he plays I just know we will concede. I have no confidence in him at the moment.
