Abit of good news vs Villa

Aston Villa will be without suspended Jordan Ayew when they travel to relegation rivals Sunderland this weekend.

Ashley Westwood is also banned after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season.

But Leandro Bacuna is available after walking a disciplinary tightrope ahead of the Football Association's bookings amnesty.

Ayew, who is the club's Premier League top scorer this season with five goals, and Westwood will sit out the matches at the Stadium of Light after incurring one-match bans.

 

He's looked by far their biggest threat recently, his goal against the mags was sublime.

We never turn up to play Villa, I fear the worst in this game like last season QPR lost their first 11 away games then bang we kop it, Villa 18 matches without a win. You know what to expect with Liverpool. To be on 16 points by Saturday would be ok though. Pants needs to come back though.

Yeah, me too, a player that plays the same position as Borini, Johnson, Watmore etc.

A player with bags of pace and pl experience on the cheap with a point to prove. I'm not a massive fan of the lad but realistically with what's on offer to our knowledge he wouldn't be a bad singing.

I didn't say he was a target. Just an off hand comment and for me he would add to our squad as we are desperate for pace look how different we look when watmore is full of beans, as they say speed kills.

 

He's ****ing awful! Not good enough for the only team worse than us so far this season! How will he improve us when he only plays well against us?

 

Danny Graham started against city. He'd improve upon that.
