There's the wee matter of a game of fitba tomorrow. A win in tomorrow's lunch time kick off will see us move 23 points clear at the top of the SPL. Expect to see at least a couple of changes from last week's hard fought win over Motherwell as a lot of the team have been away on international duty. Aberdeen haven't been scoring a lot lately but, on the other hand, haven't been conceding many, especially at home. Possible starting XI: Forster Cha - K Wilson - Rogne - Mulgrew Forrest - Brown (if fit) - Wanyama - Ledley Stokes - Hooper
Cha was actually really good when he came on against Motherwell - probably the best I've seen him play (even though it was only ten minutes or so he was on for). I'd be happy with that team but I'd like Ki to play and I hope Samaras is on the bench - he was back to his frustrating ways last week.
Ki isn't back from South Korea. In fact, Izzy isn't back from international duty either so I've put Mulgrew in a LB instead (not that it's up to me of course!)
Up In Aberdeen overnight , P*ssing it down this morning , the conditions will make it more interesting
Forster lustig, Wilson, rogne, Blackman, commons, Ledley, mulgrew, Forrest, hooper, stokes. edit: this is the rumoured side.
I don't know what to make of that. I know Aberdeen aren't strong up front so handing Lustig and Blackman their debuts might not be such a big risk but the midfield looks a bit 'left' heavy with Commons, Ledley and Mulgrew. I take it Brown is injured. Why no Wanyama though? Did Kenya have a game midweek?
Kenya did play in midweek and Vic got a plane back on thursday morning. A sports photographer on twitter says that rumour is balls but both are likely to get game time. I am more comfortable with that.
Forster; Lustig, Rogne, Wilson, Blackman; Forrest, Mulgrew, Ledley, Commons; Hooper, Stokes Looks like you were spot on mate.
