It's what it feels like .
From the owners filling their pockets before getting into the lifeboats , to the players jumping ship before she goes under .
Meanwhile the supporters , who are suddenly left in the dark , scurry around in panic trying to figure what caused this titanic event .
I love the club , will always support it ,from whoever runs out onto the pitch , to whichever League that we might find ourselves in .But I'm pretty upset at the way the board and old owners have suddenly destroyed the way this club rose through the Leagues and showed the Premier how to manage a small , working club the first few seasons under the envious eyes of others .
A definite rebrand is in order and it starts with the likes of Jenkins and Morgan being led from the grounds and when they come back , it's with a ticket ....they fuking bought , they can certainly afford it .Sorry

Not sure what's not to believe .
Huw fires Monk , no one wants the job .
We were desperate to get a striker last window , although Eder gets no chance .Guidolin is able to bring in Paloschi , starts 7 games and walks after the season is over .
Eder goes out on loan , plays magnificent for Lille the 2nd half then plays a superb final at Euro for the winners Portugal .
Tabanou comes in , Tabanou goes out .
Gomis wanted out after 10 goals in his first 19 goals .Isn't allowed and gives up trying .
Bony wanted out after 1 season , ended up having to wait till 18 months .
That's before we even get started this season .
Everyone is crying for Bony , no Bony to be found .
Gomis goes out on loan .
    Eder is sold , and I guarentee he's 100% happy he's gone .
Hard , and I mean hard rumours on Williams , Ayew , Fernandez and Siggy considering moves .
The biggest work done as this was all happening was the old owners selling their shares and filling their pockets , while the" Salt of the Earth " people of the " Supporters Trust are sh:t on and totally kept in the dark .
All roads of dissolution point directly at Jenkins and his clan IMO since the firing of Laudrup .
Laudrup , when players broke doors down to come in and played their hearts out for the club without finacial fanfare .
When already current players like Routledge and Davies were instilled with confidence , when all players were loyal to the manager .....except for Monk , Jenkins and their few bum buddies .
Monk has never , or will he ever expierence that type of loyality .

No disrespect but what hard rumours ? it's the same regurgitated crap in every paper which have not to date have had any official comment from the proposed buying or selling Club .
Bony maybe doesn't want to come back and may have wanted out but that wouldn't then fit in with the loyalty to Laudrup scenario
Gomis maybe is just a mercenary and we've all seen his type before and probably will again in the future .Virtually everyone including Curtis may would like to see the back of him certainly those whom I sit with would love to see him go.
I agree with your comments reference the Trust a pretty shameful episode but again only one side of the tale has been told to date.
The truth of all of this is we don't know and possibly will never know what's gone on but thats whats makes our story although unstable at times interesting.

Premature speculation. Let's assess and judge a bit later, eh?

Every season with every transfer window we get "will this happen , will this player come or will that player go" We have the club saying one thing and the media saying all sorts of things even that a player has had a medical and agreed terms only to find out that same player is on the beach somewhere abroad sunning himself.........The only time i will believe things is when if a player joins i see him holding his swans shirt at the liberty and when i see the list of players the club has to submit to the premier league for the season that will be done very soon.....I take with a pinch of salt anything i read in the media or what the club says as they have all lied in the past......

I agree Dai....but if this is your credo how come you said Pratley was off to Forest because he "had his medical"? Some of us have long memories. <laugh>

    <sorry> Couldn't resist.

That's not my recollection at all Dai. But maybe others remember the details. As I recall it was a paper rumour and you were the only one saying he'd been for his medical. If I'm proved wrong I'll be the first to admit it. Any other old timers out there? :)

I remember Dai saying that, kinda like him spouting the same kind of crap around the speculation on the players now.

Not sure if Dai said he had a medical or he might be having a medical .
The Forest boards were full of " Medical " talk at the time and there was as much talk of Whittingham going to them as Pratley .
I think Pratley wanted to much in the way wages at the time which opened the door to a move , I think 1.5 million is what Huw wanted .
Ultimiately , Jenkin's put the brakes on the deal I think .

Dai said he had a medical. I remember that much, and he may well have done, I don't know. But I seem to recall that we all seemed to think that was bull at the time. Yet another player who could have done better with his career if he'd stayed.

Prately was pissed of with the Club because Jenkins, in the press , stated that there was plenty of time to open contract negotiations with Prately and he read that statement in the papers when he was on hols and not directly via the Club.

I remember that , Jenkins can be an arse .I don't think it helped that he wasn't one of the first players pencilled in any more .
