Watched this guy last A League season and he's got better again this year. Very early this season over there (8 or 9 games so far) but I've watched him destroy CCM and Perth Glory for Melbourne City in the last couple of games with some fantastic skills and presence in midfield. Before anyone says "Ahh, it's only Aussie football", their newish top A League and even their individual State Premier Leagues play some brilliant stuff that's a joy to watch.

Don't know if he's out our reach financially but although he's an Aussie he's looking to come back to Europe - he was at Bolton as a teenager and played in Scotland before going back home in his early 20's and he's only 25 now. I can't see him being that expensive given the modest fees paid over there and he'd bring another dimension to some of our static midfield choices.

I've read somewhere that Watford are trailing him, so Tan, get off your arse and send someone over there before they or someone else wakes up and pinches him.

Will - I tend to watch a fair bit of Aussie football streamed live in the mornings over here. They have a great game going on out there that used to be frowned upon over here - but not any more.

Aaron is just one (maybe the standout one at the moment) of the excellent new generation over there that are currently playing the game like we used to know it - not just cowering in fear of being beaten like over here.
