A win next week against Wigan will get rid of all the negativity on this board with a bit of luck.The home game against Wigan was the turning-point of last season,and I think it will be the same this season.A good win will kick-start our season and stop people stating stats such as "you haven't in 12 games"!!!Let's be positive and truthfull....we haven't been beaten this season and are still in all cup competitions.Two wins next week and we are flying high!!
Calc the reason there is some negativity is the 4 games so far this season have a very similar feel to the last 10 of the previous season. We take a lead and throw it away by adopting negative tactics and sitting back to soak up 60 or 70 mins of intense pressure and then succumb at the death. We had 4 shots today (only 2 on target); 1 corner and 39% possession. You could say the same for the other 4 games so far and I'd be surprised if we have had 12 shots on target all season tbh. It was fine for last year when we just needed to dig ourselves out of a huge hole. I for one expected so much more form MoN this season but we are playing outr of form players and players who could challenge them out of position. I want to see Gardener back in the centre v Wigan; McCLean dropped; either Catts or Colback played not both and 2 strikers playing together not 1 at home. We need a much better attitude and positive formation and not the sit back hit them on the break crap which quite obviously isn't working. Failure to win against Wigan will have the message boards on fire mate as this football and results is worse than Bruce's flops. It needs sorting and very quickly or far more serious questions will be asked and I'm a die hard MoN supporter.

it's a big, big game next wknd we are almost there but a few of the players are having mares! thing is i think it will be the same team next wk so lets hope a couple of them start matching fletchers very high standards..

Aye a know - its just after a few beers/wine etc it grips your **** - he is a total ****er and unfortunately he his killing this board
