Well done the City boys you did us proud. A clean sheet to add to the menu and I'm sure all the fans at Ashton Gate enjoyed this night despite the weather. Well done Sean because you have instilled belief in a squad that had lost their way and now we just have to keep going and upwards is the only way. Wow is all I can say.
Delighted to have been wrong with this one - although Zola resting his strikers probably fired us up a bit - complacent or what? Anyway, an excellent win against an in-form soda and a clean sheet to boot. Shame about the Barnsley result tho.
Believe again. All I heard on BBC Bristol was commitment, a rare sound indeed. Full marks to the crowd as well as it was so comforting to hear them in full voice again. Well done to all tonight.

Well our first clean sheet of many and don't we need them in order to sort out our goal difference - Carey seems to be the only on who can get Fontaine playing trouble is can't see Carey still playing next year so it's still 2 centre backs we are going to need at least if Fontain plays well for the rest of the year I'm sure some team or other will buy him.
Just got back, soaked but buzzing. I thought our defence was fantastic tonight I only saw one shot that Heaton had to save. We allowed them to pass the ball about but this time away from our goal. SoD said on Saturday that he missed the first goal shouting at the midfield well tonight they kept their shape and got back to protect the back four. None of this silly chasing their keeper down leaving themselves out of position when the ball came back. Why the ref played on when Baldock was held back, I know he blazed it over but by then he was already put off. I said to my wife on Saturday why didn't McInnes play Anderson he is a live wire with Davies and Baldock interchanging the front line all the time. And Liam Kelly just gets better and better in my eyes. Well done lads tonight you played like you was proud to wear the shirt.
A great and totally unexpected result and a clean sheet for the first time since last April....get in !!!! If we can carry this belief forwards and get the same sort of commitment for the big games coming up then we'll at least give ourselves a fighting change When done to the Double O Brothers instilling a bit of pride back into wearing the shirt !!!!
Somebody needs to tell Cunningham how to avoid injury. Last night was an accident waiting to happen. It's mental how he kicks at a dead ball (block tackle). Last night wasn't necessarily tactical genius by SOD. It's the only way to play against a team who play like Watford, I couldn't believe some of the idiots last night shouting at our players to 'press' in their half. Not a bloody clue. Even the genius Millen employed these same tactics away at Swansea a couple of years ago winning 1-0. SOD has done simple things (very well) so far - Common sense football if you like - Organised, Players in correct positions etc etc. It aint Rocket Science.
Not Rocket Science true, but getting the basics right, something our previous manager struggled with...
