Only a man of great means like Jammy could make sense of this
Seems straightforward Eire.
Just Radz protecting his investments and making sure the 49ers pay twice and if they don't want to then he'll collect a nice chunky rent for the stadium until someone coughs up enough dough to buy it from him.
Clever guy is our Andrea.
Aye but give him a load of ikea furniture and see would he be clever enough to figure out assembling that
I missed this tweet. Why would it have been hidden from fans? I honestly wonder where we are heading and I can't help but not trust anyone with regards to Leeds anymore.
It's bull that it's been hidden from fans ... some fkn stirrer on twitter trying to look clever ... we know Radz bought the stadium for £20m, all that's happening is 49ers are buying into the stadium same as they are the club ... Radz placed the stadium in a separate company so that company is responsible for upkeep etc
Smart thinking by Radz, 49ers basically have to buy out both his companies, which they will ... they are masters at stadium development, go take a look at 49ers stadium they built when moving them from their spiritual home at Candlestick Park
This is what they will do with Leeds and Elland Road ... don't click on anything, just let the slider play through to see how they maximise the stadium to grow revenue ... they'll generate an extra £100m a year for Leeds if they're allowed to develop it their way
Sorry but Mike is not a stirrer on Twitter and I’ve known him for a long time. As they moved their stadium a long way away, that is something that would be of great concern to me regardless of making money. All that glitters isn’t gold and at the moment we have no idea what is going to happen in the future. I’ll keep an open mind but will never take anything for granted where we are concerned.
I saw the initial tweet on the 24th Jan but since then the filing has been completed and as Mike points out in a tweet after this one he says someone is doing a great job tidying the filing cabinet up. The 49ers
Just going through his tweets, he definitely isn’t a stirrer and he knows his stuff, he doesn’t tweet that often either.
So what does this mean?. What exactly is this document stating.
Got to agree that a modern stadium is needed. The public transport links to Elland rd are abysmal. If they build on the current site then a rail link is needed.
That would be fine if the lazy, overpaid, greedy ****ers stopped striking and actually did some work for once.
No one was named
Leeds missed a trick by not buying some of the land behind the North stand where the old BRS depot was.
Mike Thornton has been posting for years, usually an explanation on a break down of the club’s accounts when they are published and normally asked to do so by Leeds fans. As FM&LU says, he’s no stirrer.
No one said he was did they?
I'll agree on re Mike too. For many years he's been excellent at unravelling the finances at Elland Road. Of course, if it doesn't tie in with some views the easy way is to ridicule him> I don't pretend to understand accounting jargon, as Ive told my accountant, that's what he's paid for. Hence I was curious to know what this might have meant
Billy did. And I’ve obviously misunderstood your post. Perhaps explain it to me.
Thank **** I'm thick.
Billy named no-one so who did he mean.
