    Wear 10 jumpers at the same time, throw £1 coins at pigeons from your bedroom window, sell all your mother's silverwear and only talk to people on a Friday.

    Oh and only walk 50 yards maximum in one go before having to sit down and have a Mars Bar. <ok>
