First half not at the races. Second half by far the better team,and a justified win. LT that was a fantastic free kick to win the game. Ode looks very skillfull needs to start. Quietly impressed with Johnson's work today: a brave move bringing off our top scorer and number one playmaker. A powerful message to the players that they have set their boundaries in terms of passing, speed, and structure of play, and that anyone falling below that standard now will instigate further changes. Have to say though, that having a proper Championship squad is quite important, and once again I do feel pity for Cotterill in that he was denied the opportunity to bring extra quality into the club when he first asked for it. Ode and Tomlin are a masterstroke, and if we can get Tomlin permanently we may make some waves next season
It had to be done,first half was poor,no player is safe under LJ,perform or get dropped. The second half subs completly changed the game. Play ode from the start,play tomlin central,hopefully korey is back,we miss him big time.
Agree, midfield was poor first half. Can't play Tomlin Bryan Freeman in same team as they are similar players and so we become unbalanced (defensively poor).
