    Only Manchester city (17) kept more clean sheets than Sunderland (15) in 2012.

    People forgot that although we couldnt turn draws into wins, our defensive record is very, very good under Martin.

    I think he is a well organised manager and like his mentor Cloughie, operates from the belief you build from the goalkeeper forward. We are extremely difficult to beat these days, whatever the back 5 is and if he can add a little to the attacking threat we will be a major force at this level for the first time in our lifetime imo very soon. He has transofrmed Mignolet from a decent young keeper into the real I am inside 13 months.

    Yes, the Mig is the key to this. He must make at least 3 point blank saves per game
