I think Sadio Mane has the fastest hat trick in premier league history. No idea on the other two question, forgot my anorak.
Robbie Fowler got one of the fastest hat tricks, can't remember how long, something like 8 minutes and I think it was Arsenal in the late 90's. I'd put Solskjaer as another, he come off the bench with 20 minutes to go and scored four goals. That's a complete guess though.
Solksjaer scored 4 in 12 minutes, the last 3 of which come inside just over 4 minutes but do they count the first three as his hat-trick? If they could count the last 3 as his hat-trick then surely one of them is him. After that, god knows, I could only start guessing at players I'd just start with the obvious, Shearer, Henry, Van Nistelrooy, Owen.

Well a hat trick is 3 goals, I suppose Solskjaer's first 3 will be all that counts. The minutes for his 4 against Forest were: 80, 88, 90, 90+2 so you can see the last 3 would have put him 2nd or 3rd, but obviously the dubious hat-trick panel counts the first one, which would make his hat trick 10 minutes.
