    Afternoon fellas.
    Just come out of interviews to see a mate has just texted me to say Pardew has walked. He's usually trustworthy but I can't see anything at all online about it?
    Does anyone know anything???

    I'm calling bullshit for now.

    I reckon it can't be far away. That interview on Goals on Sunday sounded like a man fed up with a ridiculous job. It is difficult to see him doing it at present though.

    The mackem rumour suggests Ashley's given Pardew the Norwich match at home to save his job. Been a very "by the script" season (Sunderland first win v Toon, Rooney bouncing back from rumour, Mourinho's heralded return, Ozil's performance on debut, and so on), so that does make a lot of sense - one of the worst victims of Ashley's idiocy coming back to kill his usurper.

    Impossible. Ashley may not care, but Joe Kinnear knows what the people think of him and wouldn't put himself in that position. He's got a cushy number - does fck all, gets paid, the American dream. There's no way that Kinnear would watch or be aware of the building vitriol and think "I can do that". No-one but no-one is that stupid.
