I've just been sent the programme for the Newcastle game on Sunday so I shall review what he says. First paragraph - Regarding Lord Harewood. He even has the cheek to ask him for something in his will. Second paragraph - Has a dig at the YEP for printing a story about the police (even though the YEP is Bates propaganda.) Third paragraph - More about Yorkshire Radio. Stuff we knew already. Zzzzzzz Fourth paragraph - Bates lying about transfer budgets saying all the Schmeichel money and a pre set budget goes towards transfers. Him saying "we spend what we can afford." WE SPEND FA! Fifth paragraph - More stuff about renewals and memberships growing despite the fact season ticket numbers are shockingly low for a club of our size and stature. Sixth paragraph - Him trying to justify the East stand redevelopments and saying "we are making progress on all fronts." Really? An idiot can can see we aren't. He rounds off by using his favourite cliched saying "Step by step, brick by brick." I swear if he uses that again I will rip up the programme. Yet more evidence of what an odious so-and-so this man is. Bates out!

Programme looks pretty good actually, the Dictator's usual senile rants aside. Though I wouldn't pay $4 for it by choice. ****'s sake. Bought a new laptop and it doesn't even have a pound sterling symbol. From now on, please forgive me if I look like a clueless Yank talking in dollars. $hit.

Sorry billy, he might not be good for Leeds, but while he's not throwing silly money about he's keeping us a viable proposition for someone to buy at some point
His clueless East Stand dealings, disgraceful lack of player investment and brash manner don't really smack of him turning us into a good proposition for Johnny Billionaire to buy.
I agree with you partly, but we are a club without debt, good facilities, an ok team without draining club with massive wages & contracts and one of the best fan base's in the world. I'd buy it if I could afford to buy a football club, even if I wasn't a fan
