One of the mods has asked us to post a link to a facebook page for rare disease patients in Europe. They're having a vote for a photo contest, and he's asked for support for his friends daughter, who has a disease called Sturge Weber Syndrome. It's obviously up to you if you vote, and who you vote for, but I do think at times these requests cause us to rethink our own perspectives on life and our loved ones. https://www.facebook.com His friends daughter is Angelina, but I'd hate to have to single one out. Good luck and strength to them all.
Kinell, as a parent I know what worrying about your kids is like, but I can not honestly imagine how awful it must be in this type of situation. Brave girl indeed.
Something to think about when you are getting irritated with your own kids when they are playing up. These parents would be happy if theirs were over boisterous. Voted but it was hard to pick just one out.
I've clicked the vote button but I don't know if it's counted as it is now asking me to log in but I am not a member of Facebook, sorry if I have failed
No worries. There but for the Grace of God. I think sometimes, we forget how much we take for granted, and how lucky we all are.
A bump for this, as resurgam's pointed out you can vote daily if you wish. Oh, and he's asked that I thank all that have taken the time to vote. It really is much appreciated.
