I opened my emails this morning. The first was from my most prolific client. He's a utd season ticket holder Firstly, he said he was genuinely sorry we didn't go through (I actually believe him). He then asked if I was going on Sunday. He has a spare ticket - FOR THE UNITED END So, the question is (knowing me) "Should I stay or should I go now?"
Yep go...............footy being footy we could turn them over and all feel a whole lot better. Nothing to lose situation
1. you've nothing to worry about... 2. I'd go cos you won't get done for cheering at the wrong time as there won't be any goal for us. 3. you can get pissed with him, and perhaps work it for more business. 4. you'll be closer to utd than uir every gets 5. you can tell swarbs he's a plastic and send him your ticket stub... 6. You never know... it might be a corporate ticket....
Meh....spend the afternoon in a place full of wools, sweats and skanks....or watch it in The Cheese instead
I've actually seen Liverpool more sat with opposition fans at their ground than at Anfield and I've never had any trouble even at Norwich when my mate started telling everyone I was a Liverpool fan.
1. Plenty to worry about. 2. We'd be certain to score if I went 3. He's a jock so would probably be up for it. but worried about falling. 4. True. 5. He already knows he is. 6. It's just a spare - no charge. I can't make my ****ing mind up. I need help.
Just go mate and sit on your hands dressed in a Jack Wolfskin coat if you're that worried. #surreptitioussupporter But what's gonna happen really?? You'd have more problems walking around in Manc city centre with our red on than at the Portapotty.
I pick "Go and make sure your funeral insurance policy is up to date" Not because you get beaten up or anything, too busy eating prawn sandwiches, but cause you'll die of embarrassment when we barely put up a fight and get tonked
Go for the sake of banter and networking Keep a low profile and be sure to do a massive dump whilst you're there
Depends where the seats are, if they're in the Stretford end - massive swerve, as you'll get lobbed out (or worse) If they're corporates in the Quadrant or similar then you'll be sound, just don't take the piss. I've been in home seats a few times at OT and never had any bother, but I'd never sit in the Stretford and have declined the opportunity an all.
1. don't be worried. the guy is responsible for looking after you... the stewards can mind you too. 2. You need to be calm... i mean c'mon... you don't blow your load when you see a woman's tits do you? you can man up and not cheer for a goal... 3. so.... drink coke... as for the rest... you'll prob and a chinese guy in front and a famil behind it's not going to be that bad. buy a manc/lfc scarf outside the ground and wear that. those souvenirs are fine. go for it.
I doubt they'll be in the Stretford End. He's a season ticket holder and a COO (loaded), so it won't be 'corporate' in the prawn sandwich sense. Probably Main stand, or whatever their version of that is.
