Thank you my friend for your recent posts on various threads, they are very much appreciated.

I am doing this, rather than sending you a PM, or Email or Phoning you, to let everybody on here know what a great guy you are.

You have NEVER failed to let me know when I have been going over the top, or getting rather silly, but NEVER in a personal way, even though we do at times, disagree.

Some people on here, if they do disagree with me and I respond, accuse me of throwing my toys out of the pram etc etc etc etc etc.

Not so, if they (as you have done and know) actually read the posts, I have NEVER said anything against my football team - NEVER WOULD, NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL DO.

I do know that there are other guys 'out there' that agree with me, not perhaps in the way I say it, but with the sentiment.

NEVER have been a Pulis fan and NEVER ever will be.

No need for people who do like him to have a go in personal terms, with the usual cavils, look where we are now, first Cup Final (forgetting how rubbish we were!!)

Well, perhaps Pulis and I are alike, both Dinosaurs, to old to change our ways!!

It be fair Nicky I do agree with you when you talk about Pulis negative attitude (especially away from home). I absolutely hate it!!. Im just giving him the chance to bring in better players. You have never made personal remarks to me nor I with you. Lets wait to see who TP brings in.

To put it in a nutshell guys we are all Stokies and it would not be life if we didn't have different opinions as this is what makes the footie forums readable. How boring would it be if we all typed and agreed with everything each of us posted.
Along with Potts you 2 guys are amongst my favourite posters (there are more) and it is because we have so much passion for our club that we let emotions run high.
At the end of the day despite what we felt about each others opinions if push come to shove we would all stand firm together to defend our club and that's what makes Stokies the fans that they are.
All for one and one for all.

Keep the faith guys no matter how negative Pulis is ha ha!

I did say that we had spoken the once via a mobile and we've e mailed a couple of times. I think I owe you a reply Nick? Will get to it ASAP but busy with the daugher's wedding less than four weeks away.. but YOU already knew that ..

Back on topic.. Waddo and the rest IF we ALL agreed all of the time... What a bloody boring place this would be agreed?
ONE thing we do share is a passion for Stoke City and having spoken to Nick. Believe me guys, he's NO LESS passionate than the rest of us.

Nick even told me things that,some of the younger fans on here will not remember. NOTHING to do with football, just general stuff. Proves to me, not that I needed any that Nick is a genuine as the next guy.

This is getting too sentimental and personal. All i can say is this..

I SINCERELY HOPE that ONE DAY we ALL Meet and can talk Stoke City. Nick and I have already said... we WILL fairly soon do exactly that. Meet up for a pint or two.

Rant over and Nick, keep posting on here buddy, I don't have a problem with the poem's, ode's, sonnetts whatever you call them.
Don't understand em either to be blunt but that's my problem not yours Nick.
