Found out today that a QPR squad player who never kicked a ball last season like many others on the fringe of the first team, got a great reward for getting to the Premier, double his money and a huge bonus for kicking around his house most of the time and picking up near 40k in doing so a week.

It seems whoever wrote the contracts at QPR seems to have let the players or agents write it themselves. No wonder we are in huge debt and unable to bring people in as yet, that is insane for any club. You would think a club would put in some terms, like number of games and so on.
    Not at QPR

I'd guess it will be Vine. Cook played in the Cup at Blackburn if memory serves.

Its got to be Vine. Him and Dave were signed at the same time and both put on crazily long contracts.

The other side of the coin is that Vine was an excellent player for us until his injury...perhaps we should look at this as something like a pension...

he only has a year left on is contract and from what I have read he wants to go to MK Dons.
befoe Viney does get slated, before his two injuries he was pretty decent for us. The fact that he had two serious injuries hasn't helped - neither has the constant changing of managers inthat time.
And before he does get slated, his agent knows how to get a very deal for his client..just a shame that those who have control of the purse strings at QPR don't read what is put before them and on the table before agreeing to such a bloody stupid bonus
