This Suarez situation is very similar to the RVP situation Arsenal suffered last year. Selling to United was not just criminal and hard to take, but it also sent out a statement that they were levels above us. Obviously we knew that. But no one wanted to admit it. "I understand Madrid.......But Arsenal? ARSENAL? What do they have over us?" Liverpool are as much rivals" to us as we've been rivaling Man U in recent years. It is that simple. And though nothing is concrete yet with this Suarez deal, I would've felt a little bit more sympathy for them if they weren't acting as such plebs. The whole club from the upper hierarchy, down to the manager, their media and the fans have been nothing but bitter and classless in this whole ordeal. I never had anything against Liverpool. If this deal goes through though, I will be rubbing it in some Scousers faces..
Liverpool are a essentially a mid table team, I would class 7th to 13th place in the EPL as mid table. There buys so far have been terrible (kolo toure FFS) so there is little hope of that changing. As much as it pains me to say it, if we do drop out of the top 4 it will be spurs replacing us, not liverpool.

Arsenal do not stand a chance of winning the Champions League so what really is the point? If Champions League football is the real reason for him wanting to leave then why didn't he just stay at Ajax a couple of seasons ago - Ajax have not only been in the champions league every season since he joined Liverpool but they have also won their countries league (another thing both Liverpool & Arsenal have no chance of doing*) How can you say that? Kolo was free while Aspas & Alberto have performed well in preseason while Mignolet is one of the most talent young keepers in the premier league. The last transfer window also saw us sign Coutinho who has been fantastic and Sturrage who has a better game/goal ratio than Suarez. I understand that he wants to leave and I understood his reasoning (british press) but his hampering for a move to Arsenal - a club based less than 5 miiles from Fleet Street seems strange, especially as they never look likely to win a trophy and while they do appear in world football's best tournament, they are always also-rans *In England

Hello my arsenal friends. I just wanted to say that even though I am a United fan i think your board has the best posters on not606. There are so many good posters on your board such as Batmoanu. Batmoanu is easily the most intelligent and charming guys on not606. The guy is a legend. Dubbed is also a good poster. Piskie and gunnercymrag are also great posters who are very unbiased. Its such a shame about superjackwilshere as i think he is a bad poster who lets your board down. However, i think overall your board has the best posters.
