Did Coppell ever manage Leeds Utd? He was our manager for 93 days, because he didn't take up his contract for several weeks after he was announced as manager, and also manager at Man City for a short time just over a month 32/33 days from memory.

Not Caulker as he was only a U21 when with us and of the countries who are through to the finals for certain I can't think of a defender who has ever made his international debut for us who is one of those teams. So you have me stumped there.
Only Spain, Japan and Brazil as far as I know are certs for the 2014 world cup and I don't remember any of our players who made an International debut for any one of those.
I can remember when the O'Leary brothers were playing for Ireland there were another couple of Brothers who played cricket for Ireland but couldn't for the life of me remember their names.
