What a ****ing joke this has turned into, don't go to Town to buy the new shirts as they don't actually have any !! im just royally pissed off with the shambles going on in the commercial department right now and as far as im concerned this will have pissed off the new sponsers, potential new fans and also loyal and exsisting fans !

Why have all this stupid unveiling bit by bit of the kit all through the week when there is nothing to share with the very supporters your wishing to whip up into a frenzy, another damp squib from SCFC and they lose money yet again !!

I will post the link but basically 4 weeks before we start playing football there is no training kit to but, no jerseys, socks, shorts nothing what so ever !! (unless your under the age of 14) what a joke !!

The cliub have blamed Addidas over this but I blame the club, its obvious that 50,000 shirts don't turn up the day before so the club knew how far behind Addidas were with the order and said nothing to us, its looking pretty obvious to me that many people have ****ed up and it explains why our kit launch has been pushed to the back by Addidas, they see us as a soft touch and have no doubt prioritised other teams ahead of us.

The club shoul be using this **** up in terms of breach of contract and should be working hard to line up a new supplier for next season, we are losing thousands of pounds just to have addidas on our shirt, they don't give a **** about us.
The club have now been exposed badly by Addidas, its about time too as most people still think the Swans do things well, they don't !! we have a load of muppets in charge of the commercial department and that has to change!

We employed a company to get us sponsorship because we are so crap at it ourselves, that is a step in the right direction, the club should remember that they are very marketable and many sports companies would be happy to work with us.

A total ****ing embarresment by the Swans commercial team again ! sort it out for **** sake !!

I don't know why you say that mate, they mean nothing to me other than the fact they are stopping fans from buying kit because them and Addidas seem to be useless and giving us what we need to help support the club !!

We are now going into 3-4 yrs of **** commercial practise so for them to souley blame addidas is almost making mugs out of everyone..including themselves !!

Yup, fckn joke mate, the following is a copy of an email the club sent me !!

    Dear customer,

Due to circumstances beyond our control, there has been a delay in receiving deliveries from Adidas. This has resulted in delays in processing pre-orders. For full information regarding this delay, please see the press release at the following link.

    http://www.swanseacity.net/news/article/kit-statement-886196.aspx

    If you have ordered an adults home shirt on its own, or as part of a larger order, the following options are available to you;

    1. Full refund – customers wanting to cancel their orders and receive refunds can do so by replying to this email with their order number and full name, stating you want a refund. Customers will receive a full refund, including any postage and packaging costs. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and should be received within 3-5 working days.
    2. Wait for the shirts to be delivered – customers wanting to wait for the shirts to be delivered can do so and will be kept up to date on when the shirts will be received. As soon as the shirts are delivered to us, your order will be processed and sent out as a priority.
We will issue a refund on any postage and packaging costs, and also deduct £10 off the cost of each home shirt ordered. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and should be received within 3-5 working days.
    3. Exchange – customers wishing to exchange their adult home jersey to an adult away jersey can do so by replying to this email with their order number and full name, stating you want an exchange. These exchanges will be processed as soon as possible.
We will issue a refund on any postage and packaging costs, and should be received within 3-5 working days.
    4. Part orders – if you ordered an adult home shirt as part of a larger order, your order has been delayed and you will not receive it tomorrow. Anything other than adult home jerseys will be processed and delivered by Tuesday morning.
Customers wishing to cancel their home shirt order and receive a refund can do so by replying to this order with the order number and full name, stating you want a part-order refund. Customers will receive a full refund of the price of the shirt, including postage and packaging costs.
Customers wishing to wait for the adult home shirts to be delivered can do so and will be kept up to date on when the shirts will be received. As soon as the shirts are delivered to us, your order will be processed and sent out as a priority. We will issue a refund on any postage and packaging costs, and also deduct £10 off the cost of each home shirt ordered. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and should be received within 3-5 working days

Although deliveries of adult home jerseys were affected the most, we have also experienced difficulties with children’s away jerseys. We assure you that the children’s away jerseys are being processed through the night and will be delivered to you on Tuesday morning.

Unfortunately, due to the delays caused in processing orders, we have had to prioritise orders by the date they were placed. Therefore, any orders received today will not be received tomorrow but will be sent out as soon as possible.

We understand how frustrating this is and apologise profusely to any customers who have been affected by this. The club and our fans have been severely let down by Adidas and will do all we can to rectify these issues immediately.

If you have any queries, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

So Norway, you went into town, and blame the club, but didnt the club make an announcement on their site yesterday to explain the problem.

That is adidas blaming themselves, not the club blaming them. So no, its not the commercial departments fault, the shirts were ordered, and ordered to be delivered on time, Adidas dropped the ball on this.

What else can they do, phone you personally to tell you not to go into town?

Maybe the club were aware of a delay, but then if Adidas promised delivery the day before, then the club is only going to agree to that, as although later than expected it would still be the day before the kit goes on sale, and in that situation there is no need to cause any panic. If then Adidas says they cannot make it in time, there is sweet fa the club can do. I don't know what your expecting, but to be honest, your post is no different to the rags making stuff up to make a story, as you have blamed the club for the supplier cocking up. Take it you don't often deal with suppliers.

Clearly Adidas does not regard Swansea City as a priority customer.

Give it a rest Norway, you're getting your knickers in a twist again.

Just chill out and get behind the club that we all love, instead of looking for every opportunity to give them a kicking. No one is perfect but I think the swans are a lot more perfect than most clubs.

Honestly if you complain like this about the swans, then it's just as well you don't follow Cardiff, that's all I can say!!!

Can't see that, you can't accuse the club of lying if the Royal Mail don't deliver, they can't be responsible unless they truly didn't send out.

Take a look at the RM website

Wife rang the club shop, someone snapped,"we are busy!" And hung up! I would expect that service in London but not Swansea

So not the clubs fault that they have no idea when their own kit is turning up ?? don't be daft guys! im not saying Addidas are blamless what im saying is that the club has a responsibility to the customer and if they advertise a kit launch on a Friday it might just be an idea to know that the kit will actually be there !! there isn't even any training kit for sale !! so why not just delay the launch until they have the stuff ??

Its a total shambles and you must remember its been like this for years, are you so naieve to believe that everything falls on Addidas shoulders only ??

If Addidas are ****ing the club about the club should be up front and delay the kit launch until they know there will be 15,000 shirts on the shelves! why have an advertising campaign if there isn't anything to sell? who in gods earth operate a business like that ?? its a cop out to solely blame the kit supplier !

Some people hate the fact that the board **** up, everyone ****s up from time to time but you must learn from your mistakes and our commercial department clearly haven't !

Nobody in the whole world would open a store with most of the stuff missing its a ****ing joke and an embaressment to SCFC and its fans, Adidas don't give a **** for us that's well known so knowing that you would think there would be somebody on the phone constantly asking when our delivery date is,something along the lines of "look, cut the bullshit when is the stuff arriving as we need to schedule our kit launch and don't want to look total cnuts when we do it with an empty store"

It looks like a classic case of sticking the head in the sand and hoping stuff will arrive at the 11th hour, we all know about just in time delivery but when your launching a brand new product you make sure your just in time is well in advance as to cover for any delay or **** ups !!

this is the clubs responsibility !! Addidas are also to blame no doubt, what is happening now is starting to harm the club and it starts to give off a whiff of "I don't know what the **** im doing" we could understand if it was a new experience but 3rd year in the prem league, the most watched league on the planet ??

We were just as bad in the championship and nothing has improved so arses need to be kicked!!

Another thing to remember here is that a lot of swans fans have been waiting longer than most for their new kit, so to open to nothing is a total PR failiure and I honestly believe a lack of respect for people that are paying hard earned money to support the club and help them make a few bob.

I was going to be spending about £200 quid in the store before I leave back to Norway, im sure many other people would spend similar amounts and some probably a lot more than they intended when they walk around the shop!

The problem down there Is that the "I don't give a ****" attitude is starting to piss people off to the point where they say "**** you and your shirts " again more money lost for no reason other than a shambles trying to run a business.

As Dragon rightly says, trotters independent traders !! all our stuff should have been boxed and ready a month ago, with everything on the shelves ready for people who go to buy 1 item but end up buying 3 because they like what they see or decide to slpash a bit more cash!

Im so angry about how basic things like this the club try and palm off onto others, its their job to get it right, if addidas are ****ing them about tell the fans a few weeks before and they will get sympathy not disappointment.

Every trick is being missed . Small time attitudes .
