Understandably, the message boards are full of exciting new ideas on managers, new signings and speculation on the depth of the Malaysian pockets. But is it time for a new blueprint to move the club forward. Less reliance on big wage signings and Premiership cast-offs (Bellemy excluded from that jibe), more focus on giving the young players from the area a chance, more focus on getting a manager who can motivate and coach and generate the team spirit that the crowd thrive on. It may take more than a year, but if we're not careful we could stretch too far and fall flat on our bankrupt faces (again?). Or worse, be left relying on a "collection" of individuals without the necessary team ethic to work for and win for the club.
With that in mind, what would your blueprint be?
Which young(?), cheap signings would be right for the Cardiff team?
Who would be the right manager for the above?
