Another morality tale. You are addressing Supporters of Sunderland. These are people who have been occasionaly taken up to the high points, briefly, only to be hurled down into the depths. Many of us regularly (in the depths, not at the high points), over a very long time. SAFC has done the very best it can to kick the optimism out of us. So, sadly, you are right.
