Dave - can we work together if you have problems with any of our lads and vice versa, as advised by Syd. Mexican overstepped the mark on our board a couple of days ago but as a first offence I let it be.
I had a look through Welly's posts but I couldn't find anything close to what Mexican was writing about our mothers. If Welly has ruffled some feathers without going further than your own posters have done regarding his masturbating habits then I'd say he is doing his job pretty well.
Welly is an active and constructive member of our community, he has to play by your rules on your board of course, but I'd hate to see him banned
