So just over 3 years ago I was back in the UK (we do 3 year stints in Peru and then have 6 months in the UK before returning to Peru) watching us beat Palace away, with my best mate who's a lifelong Palace supporter, to see us secure our safety in the Championship, under our recently appointed ex-Palace manager Neil Warnock. Palace secured their safety only on the last day of the season away at Wednesday. Then followed our epic promotion season beating Palace home and away. The least said about our 2 seasons in the Premiership the better. Now Palace have just gone up with one of our legends Ollie at the helm, I can't begrudge them it, they played as a team and watching Delaney afterwards says everything about what they've got and we've lost and need to regain, pronto. Anyway, who knows, perhaps we'll be swapping places with Palace again in a year. We're back in the UK from July and it will be Palace I'll be going to see at OT and not the hoops, maybe in another 3 years I'll get to see us in the Prem! You Rssssssssssss
Don't get me wrong, I'm just looking forward to seeing us play again at Loftus Rd, and who knows I may even see us win!
