Leicester City ambassador Alan Birchenall has thanked the Blue Army after over £21,000 was raised at his end-of-season charity run at the Walkers Stadium. The figure, which was raised before City's final home game of last season against Ipswich Town, takes the total raised for charity by Birchenall to more than £900,000 in 31 years. Birchenall runs around the Walkers Stadium pitch for 90 minutes ahead of every final home game of the season for charity. Do you think that he will be able to reach the lofty heights of £1 Million before he finally calls it a day, I really hope so that man is a living legend in my humble opinion!!!!
