IMO the British rap's in an awful state and has been for a long time. Compare it to the US scene as a whole, mainstream and underground, and it's men against boys.

RAP? Isn't that the word with the silent 'C' at the beginning?

Go to fiverr.com and serach youtube - The site is basically a pile of people offering to do things for $5 USA. There are quite a few who can up the views, likes and comments on youtube clips <ok>

It's quite the opposite IMO, British hip-hop has stuck to the same guns/cash/hoes formula that has long since been moved away from in the US. Some fantastic albums and mixtapes this year from El-P, Killer Mike, Ab-Soul, Joey Bada$$, Nas, Heems, Azealia Banks, Odd Future and Schoolboy Q, and that just off the top of my head with even more to come.
