Dear your Magnificent Self. I have the greatest respect for you, as a player, a man and Chairman of our great club. Well done for coming out and stamping on the Gyan rumours, as other clubs or agents attempts at destabilising his position with the top North East club. Now is the time for you to step to the fore and lay some ground rules for players under contract to our club. (Even with the obscene wages paid elsewhere, they did after all arrive at Sunderland on very good money!) It's time to insist players whoever they are, honour their contracts and if they do not do so, that they will rot behind the scenes away from the first team. In this matter I'm sure you will have the support of every one of our fans. I know you are not infallible, my money is on you wish you had worded the viewing in pubs matter differently. But we do know it is because you are so passionate about SAFC. Your pride in being chairman of the top club in the NE shows every time you talk about Sunderland.
It's the way of the game now mate, players and -in particular their agents are rewriting the rules. It feels like the cat is in charge of the pigeons ... please log in to view this image If Gyan decides he wants to go, do you think we can stop him, this **** happens all the time -just that this **** seems to be happening to us at the moment.
