I saw something similar in the way to work a few years back. Wasn't as bad but the fella was standing at the side of the road talking to the peelers with paint all over his face. I caught his eye and burst out laughing.
When I was a youngster I did some driving for an agency, spent a day doing deliveries for a paint wholesaler. Big drum of red paint fell over and the lid came off, it was everywhere. They didn't want me back the next day.
