In the last few months there have been some great days to be an R. 7th May 2011. The day that the Championship trophy was finally presented to Adel Taarabt after the âno points deductionâ announcement. The culmination of a tremendous season for us where we all saw not only the best football played at Loftus Road for over 15 years, but our greatly anticipated return to the Premier League. 18th August 2011. The day that Tony Fernandes bought 66% of Q.P.R. off Bernie Ecclestone and Amit Bhatia was restored to his rightful place in the boardroom. After years of abuse by âThe Goonsâ we were finally rid of Ecclestoneâs indifference and Briatoreâs interference, impetuosity and ridiculous ego, to be replaced by owners who are willing to invest in all aspects of the club to enable us to flourish. 23rd October 2011. The day that the Q.P.R. players to a man stood up and rose to the challenge presented by the might of Chelsea, the one match above all others that the clubâs supporters were desperate to win. The performance may have been patchy ad slightly disjointed, the result was definitely influenced by two sending offs, but WE WON. Three great days to be an R in a little over five months! After all the despair and frustration over the last 16 years we are being spoilt. Enjoy the rollercoaster.

No Premier League team has kept more clean sheets than QPR this season. QPR have the same amount of clean sheets as the league leaders. QPR have the same number of clean sheets as Man Utd and Chelsea combined. And that's a STAT
John Motson - '' Loftus Road was incredible on Sunday and I think the Chelsea players were taken aback by how passionate it was. ''
You can call me greedy, but the tip of the icing on the cherry on the cake( or under the cherry!) for me would be for Adel to give us the type of performance we know he's capable of against Spurs and maybe even nick a goal or two. That would almost be too much to ask for, but wouldn't it be nice!
The way this season has gone so far anything is possible, we seem to be winning the games we are expected to lose and vice-versa, a Taarabt masterpiece is very long overdue...
