Boris never answered the questions and when he did he lied through his teeth, the problem with Boris is he lies so much, he now can’t tell the difference between a truth and a lie

Sorry Onefor - he won that election because he promised to get Brexit over the line whereas none of the other leaders promised that. This temporarily bought him the ‘Red Wall’ vote which was a one-off. Boris or no Boris all those northern voters will vote Labour again now that Brexit has happened. There is no reason for them to stick with the Tories.
