Players who's name might have popped up in a dream or likened to some news bulletin but who the hell are they. Knew the Juventus lad through watching the Champions League last year and I cannot believe we have this lad. Granted against Bayern it was a struggle but this short spikey headed lad stood out for me and now he wears the stripes. Whatever happens now until the kick-off against Fulham is a bonus as what I watched against Spurs the other day was a different team that ended last season. Personally I thought, Wes Brown, Jack C, Adam Johnson, Cabral and that little Italian lad were brilliant. So lets take the positives, have a fckin good laugh as we usually do as Safc supporters and maybe think like I have done, "we might just have a good season this time".. I personally think the band was about Baker and Bruce with Clapton as an afterthought. You will never here off beats like them again, Bass lines like them again but then again you probably will never here another Clapton. Glad you enjoyed GT..
I have a feeling that we will tonk a few but on the same note we will take a few tonkings! I'm still hoping for a couple of quality fullbacks minimum. Hoping for Altidore to break his duck sooner rather than later as he seems to have everything else in his locker. Sess' to maintain that level of performance he produced against Spurs. 1 more quality CM player. Think we will be able to give anyone a game. Good times.
