Had time to reflect recently and mulling over the negative posts, here is a few random thoughts for you to mull over. I really do think the FA Cup was the pinnacle of my Hull City supporting life. I am not meaning this in a negative way, and to me the result wasn't massively important, but in the say the 12th minute no one could of been as happier as a Hull fan ever, maybe Wembley 2008 eclipsed it I don't know. Then there was the European adventure, it could of been brilliant hey. My biggest gripe with Bruce is not playing the first team in the qualifying rounds, and I regret not going to Trencin or Lokeren, because we will never get there again, 'typical City'. Bouremouth away when we 4-0 was a particular highlight. This season is summed up by the results against Leicester and Burnley, 'typical City'. We have been doing this for years. End of the day we are Hull City this is what we do, if a teams out of form, we give them the points. But we've had some big success of the last 10 years, quite unusual for our past. To be honest I have had more excitement at the Chesterfields and Lincoln's of the world than I have at Old Trafford etc etc. The most disappointing thing is to throw away all this hard work, I still maintain we will get out of it, I don't know how but we will. If it takes a change of manager then so be it, but I do think a bloody good number two might sort things out. I think Bruce is more of a 'man manager', hes not a huge tactician or trainer, hes a feel good manager if you like. We are queer folk us lot in 'ull, We don't really sing, bar the few, we only really back the team when their winning or playing well. I always think the Hull supporter moans because they care, well the majority of them, I know a lot of people round me been going for years are the same. Going forward I'd like to see a formula as a team, a tatic if you wish, fitting and buying players for the formation rather than building a formation round the players, although its probably to late on this one. Anyway theres still a few good times left so Keep the faith.
