Spot the odd one out.

I apologise to anyone who thinks this was good business, but I think Liverpool have been badly done here. Carroll is undoubtably a great prospect and I genuinely hope he does a job for Liverpool. But 35 million is way off the mark. He simply does not belong in the company of the above. Added to which they have signed Suarez for 25 million. Great scorer in Holland, but so was Kuyt and Babel and not to mention Kezman. Big gamble for Liverpool, I hope it pays off for them.

To think they could have got Gudjohnnson on loan as we have !!!

I agree it's crazy money for Carroll,but L'pool may look at it like this.....Carroll + Suarez for a net £8 mill ? (believe Suarez fee was £23 mill)
